3D Digitising & 3D Scanning Services

Australian Steel offers an extensive 3D scanning and 3D digitising service, allowing for your original designs to be brought to life.

We’re able to convert parts, templates, drawings and sketches to NC files, ready for production. NC files work with numerically controlled machines, enabling precise manipulation of cutting tools to guarantee high accuracy. NC files can also be used to produce computer-aided designs, including a variety of different shapes. Through this, a wide range of parts can be created, including parts from original designs.

As part of our digitising and 3D scanning services, we are also able to convert existing parts, templates, drawings and sketches into 2D or 3D files, including STL, OBJ and DXF/DWG, ready for processing. If you have any changes that need applying to existing 2D or 3D files, please let us know.
